Groups: The U3A in East Suffolk has more than 100 interest groups which meet regularly to pursue a range of special interests including poetry, science, family history, international and current affairs, music appreciation and many more. Some groups venture out and these include the Church Crawlers, Garden Visits, Walking, Architecture and Lunch Clubs. Monthly meetings: There is a programme of talks on a wide range of subjects. These are held every month in Kesgrave, Saxmundham and Felixstowe. The meetings are very sociable, with tea and biscuits, giving members the chance to establish new interest groups and make new friends. New members: We welcome new members and visitors to our meetings. We have no entry qualifications and no exams. The fee of £12.50 a year secures full membership to all activities.
